1.      Definitions

1.1.   In these Terms:
“Terms” means these terms of use including the Privacy Policy;
“you” and “your” are references to any and all visitors to the Website;
“we”, “us” and “our” are references to Plumbing Plus Limited;
“Website” means this website, being the website at

2.      When the Terms apply

          2.1. These Terms will govern our relationship with you.

3.      What this Website is for

3.1.   This website is provided to you in good faith for information and research purposes only. We recommend that you visit your local Plumbing Plus store to see and discuss the products and services on this website.

4.      Our Responsibilities to You

4.1.   We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of information on this Website  but we do not provide any guarantee that:

a)      the prices shown on this Website are accurate; or

b)      that any of the products or services shown on this Website will be available from any Plumbing Plus store.

4.2.   Your local Plumbing plus store may not stock the products shown on this Website or may offer the products and services shown on this Website at prices that differ from the prices shown on this Website. We accept no liability or responsibility for that.

4.3.   Plumbing Plus stores operate as independent businesses. We do not guarantee the products and services provided by any Plumbing Plus store.

4.4.   While we will do our best to make sure that this Website is available, we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or that your access will be error-free, or that any files available for download will be error-free or free from viruses, faults or defects.

4.5.   Links or references to other websites are provided for your convenience only. Other websites are not under our control. We have not reviewed and we do not endorse or assume responsibility for the contents of any other website.

4.6.   If you wish to link this Website, you must request our permission. To do so, contact Plumbing Plus Support Office using the contact details recorded on this Website. You must not do anything which alters this Website or interferes with how it works.

4.7.   If you post any material to our Website which we believe (in our own discretion) is inappropriate, we may remove it.

4.8.   Nothing in these terms affects any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

4.9.   New Zealand law governs this Website.

4.10.  We may change or update the content of this Website at any time (including these Terms). Changes may include, but are not limited to, changing the Terms or listing new products, services or prices. We will post any changes on this Website and any change applies from the date it is posted.

4.11. Currency: All prices shown are in New Zealand dollars and include Goods & Services Tax at the prevailing rate. GST is payable by NZ residents; however this tax does not apply to goods for export from New Zealand. 

4.12. Accessories: Accessory items may be shown with many items and are available at additional cost to the main item shown and described.  

4.13. Stock Availability: Our stores endeavour to keep the most popular items in stock; however some items may have to be ordered in especially. If such items are in stock with our supplier anticipate two to three days wait; if the item has to be manufactured to your individual specification then two to three weeks wait would be typical.

5.      Returns Policy - applicable in NZ only

5.1.   Return of goods that are not faulty [due to ‘change of mind’] will be accepted by the company provided the following terms are met. 

5.2.   A full value store credit will be provided in these circumstances less any return costs incurred by the company.

5.3.   Any refund [as distinct from a store credit] is at the sole discretion of the company and will be considered on a case by case basis.

5.4.   Sales items are non-returnable, non-refundable and no rebates or credits will be given.

5.5.   Goods must be returned to the company within 30 days of purchase.

5.6.   Goods and packaging must be in the same condition as when they left our warehouse.

5.7.  Tapware purchased must not have been installed in any way or had water run through them. Under these circumstances the taps cannot be resold due to Health Regulations.

5.8.  Proof of purchase must be provided.

5.9.  Non-stock items [items ordered specifically for you] will only be accepted back if the supplier of the goods will in turn accept the goods back. If the supplier does accept return of these goods the following costs will be deducted from the store credit or refund [if a refund is agreed to].

a)     An administration fee of $100 + GST.

b)     All supplier return fees and freight costs at net plus GST.
