Urban Under Bench Kit - for chlorinated water supplies Microlene under bench drinking water kits reduce unwanted contaminants including chlorine, pesticides, sulphur, rust algae, odours, asbestos, aluminium, lead and also filter sediment and cysts such as Giardia and Cryptosporidium.
The activated carbon is silver impregnated to resist bacterial growth inside the cartridge.
Premium purifiers contain premium grade granulated activated carbon bonded with silver ion (to extended sanitisation life of the purifier), as well as KDF media to help reduce chlorine, asbestos, pesticides, sulphur, aluminium, lead and other heavy metals which may be dissolved in the water. Microlene Premium (URBAN) Purifiers have a sanitisation life span of three years or 30,000 litres (whichever comes first) and they are recommended to be used with mains water.
